KUALA LUMPUR, 4 April 2024 – Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Prabowo Subianto, conducted a courtesy call on the Minister of Defence Malaysia, YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, on the 4th of April 2024, at Wisma Pertahanan during his special visit to Malaysia.

During their meeting, YB Dato' Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin expressed confidence in H.E. Prabowo Subianto's extensive experience, particularly in the field of defence. He emphasised that the initiatives brought by H.E. Prabowo Subianto would positively impact regional stability and security.

Both ministers were committed to further strengthening defence cooperation between their respective countries. They shared confidence that robust cooperation would ensure the successful implementation of current and future activities, elevating the national defence relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia to new heights.
