KUALA LUMPUR, 25 June 2024 – The Ministry of Defence Virtual Customer Day Programme was successfully held at the Raja Tun Uda Library, Shah Alam.

A total of 32 personnel from 12 divisions/units of the Ministry of Defence participated in the programme via the ‘live chat’ method.

Among the services provided during the programme were the checking of salary and pension status of MAF personnel, LPPSA, LTAT contributors’ services, PERNAMA balance checking, Koperasi Tentera, Public & MAF HRMIS Unit affairs, PERHEBAT, JHEV, and many others.
